Project Scope

This project is TriMet’s largest MAX improvements projects and consist of a series of major upgrades to the MAX light rail system that improves resiliency, keep trains on time and create a smoother ride.

Roles & Responsibility

- Oversight and tracking of project – including Utility Conflict Matrix and Conflict Maps
- Communicating with utility providers to identify potential conflict mitigation
- Manage Utility Conflict Notification letters
- Coordinate and attend meetings with Design Team and/or Utility Providers
- Add-Work Agreements
