Powell Garage & Maintenance BRT Facility

The Powell Division Transit and Development project brings BRT service to Gresham from downtown Portland. To accommodate new articulated buses for this new service, the existing 35-year old Powell Garage facilities have been expanded and updated.
IML Services was part of a large multidisciplinary team providing services during design and construction phases to create a sustainable, highly functional facility that improves employee health and wellness while increasing operational capacity.
