Project Scope

The Port is currently engaged in a storm water master planning project, which will result in a list of potential capital improvement projects that target water quality improvements. These projects include storm water improvements and utility relocation efforts.

Roles & Responsibility

-Conflict Matrix and Conflict Maps
- Communicating with utility providers to identify potential conflict mitigation
- Pothole plan and on-site coordination
- Utility Conflict Analysis Report
- Oversight and tracking of project deliverables – including Utility Manage Utility Conflict Notification letters
- Coordinate and attend meetings with Design Team and/or Utility Providers
