Project Scope

The project consist of evaluating the existing Ruby Junction site that is located on Eleven Mile Rd. Expansion of existing LRT maintenance building and improvement of the site to accommodate increased inventory of fleet vehicles including bus and trains. Redesign of multiple buildings on site and proposed design for future buildings to better serve the anticipated LRT stations proposed as part of the Interstate Bridge Replacement Program.

Roles & Responsibility

- Identify Utility Relocation Plan
- Submit cost estimates and risk analysis
- Oversight and tracking of project deliverables – including Utility Conflict Matrix and Conflict Maps
- Communicating with utility providers to identify potential conflict mitigation
- Manage Utility Conflict Notification letters
- Coordinate and attend meetings with Design Team and/or Utility Providers
-Follow up on resolution of outstanding Open Items
