Project Scope

From advanced concept design, final design thru construction administration—Project includes work closely with TriMet and public/private utility providers to develop a utility inventory database along the 18-mile project alignment. Work with the design team to help determine conceptual approaches to handling utilities and prepare plans with updated map and tabular database to find conceptual resolutions to conflicts.

Roles & Responsibility

- Identify and drafting of Utility Relocation Plans
- Design and drafting of Portland Water Main and Service Relocation Plans
- Submit cost estimates and Risk Analysis
- Oversight and tracking of project deliverables – including Utility Conflict Matrix and Conflict Maps
- Communicating with utility providers to identify potential conflict mitigation
- Manage Utility Conflict Notification letters
- Coordinate and attend meetings with Design Team and/or Utility Providers
- Site visits to obtain field information needed for conflict resolutions and mitigations
- Design Deviation Documentation and coordination with public agencies
- Platform Element Testing Certification and Coordination
