Project Scope

Darcelle XV Plaza will replace O’Bryant Square as a revitalized park in the heart of downtown Portland. Plans include an open plaza, performance stage with shade sail canopies and a “walk of fame” to honor LGBTQ heroes.

Roles & Responsibility

- Civil and Utility Design
- Coordination between O’Bryant Demo project and Darcelle Plaza Design
- Oversight and tracking of project deliverables – including Utility Conflict Matrix and Conflict Maps
- Communicating with utility providers to identify potential conflict mitigation
- Quantities Estimate Report
- Coordinate and attend meetings with Design Team and/or Utility Providers
